Don Springer, Perry Cleaveland, Richard Hood, and Norm Darling on guitar, 
mandolin, banjo, and bass, are each award winning musicians with several 
recordings to their credit. Performing for festivals, colleges, clubs, 
private parties, corporate events, arts centers, schools, town concerts,
and every type of occasion in between, Bristol Mountain Bluegrass puts on 
a show that is sure to have your listeners tapping, singing, and even 
dancing along.

They interweave the history and styles of bluegrass and its roots into 
their show, creating a concert that’s both entertaining and informative. 
They’ve been sponsored by the New York Council of the Arts,
the Central Ohio Arts Council’s “Artists in Schools” program, and a variety 
of other cultural programsand institutions. The Band has been featured at 
scores of colleges, both in formal programs and in classroom lectures and 
workshops.
